A lovely spiral staircase leads from the upper terrace to the heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and a Weber barbecue for poolside dining, all with views of the azure sea beyond the Mediterranean gardens and rooftops below.
On this level, there are three more en suite double bedrooms, each decorated with warmth and style.

In one direction, head for the glamour of Cannes, with its long stretches of sandy beaches, or drive along the Corniche d'Or, past incredible calanques and picturesque swimming spots like Agay Plage, to the charming seaside resorts of Saint-Raphal and Fréjus, and even further to Saint-Tropez.

Of course, there is so much more to discover on the Côte d'Azur, whether it's the flower-filled village of Mougins with its gastronomic restaurants, the atmospheric market town of Valbonne, or the perfume houses of lovely Grasse.
