The villa boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and opening directly onto the garden or terrace. Two newly renovated bathrooms feature walk-in showers, one with double sinks, and modern fixtures. The spacious living room, with its high ceiling and mezzanine, includes a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area, and a TV with Dutch satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property as well as a Chromecast to stream Netflix.
The well-equipped kitchen offers a range of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and various coffee machines (Nespresso, Senseo, and filter). Additional amenities in the garage include a washing machine, dryer, second fridge, Weber BBQ, and tennis rackets.
Set on a 2,000 m² plot, the villa features a private 8x4 meter swimming pool, surrounded by six sunbeds and a picnic table. We bought the house in 2005 after renting it from the previous owners for many years. About 25 years ago we rented for the first time in Valbonne and instantly fell in love with the house, the space, the beautiful view from the terrace, the charming village of Valbonne and the tranquility of Domaine Val d’Azur. In 2005 (we had rented the house now or 5 times) we were called by the previous owners that they wanted to sell the villa. After the shock about this came the idea to buy the house, after all, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location does not pass by quickly and we knew the house through and through. We are very careful with our property and hope that you will also enjoy our home just as we have always done. We wish you a fantastic holiday, with lots of sun, swimming and enjoying all the good of the Provence in the South of France has to offer.
