Overview
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a bedroom (double bed), a toilet, a laundry room, a (new) kitchen open to a living room with leather sofa, a dining room and an office area. 2 large bay windows provide access to a 50m2 terrace. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom (travertine) and a WC.
In the 700m2 garden, you will find a barbecue and a large trampoline (to be used under the responsibility of the parents). The house was renovated in 2021-22.
Travelers will have access to the entire house and garden. Only the garage will not be accessible. 2-3 cars can park in the garden.
Out of respect for the family neighborhood, parties are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.
Family neighborhood, quiet, park with games nearby. Bakery 5 min walk, shops 15 min walk.
3 parking spaces are available on the plot. Bus 36 stops 20m from the house, and it passes in particular near the airport. You can also reach in 5 min by car the P+R tram to visit Bordeaux. Bypass/motorway accessible in 5 min by car. Ocean from 45 min by car, Saint-Émilion 45 min by car, Lake Hostens 30 min by car.
