There are three lovely double bedrooms downstairs, as well as a children's bedroom, and a master bedroom with its own lovely bathroom on the mezzanine level.

The inviting living room is a comfortable space with magnificent windows opening out to an al-fresco lounge, ideal for warm summer days with a glass of Côtes de Provence as you gaze out over the woodland and valleys beyond.

Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in the colorful gardens filled with lavender, oleander, and agapanthuses, and swim in the fantastic pool with such beautiful surroundings.
There is room to run around the lawns, find a quiet spot in the shade of the trees, or dine alfresco on the picturesque terrace with family and friends.

Golfers can drive a few minutes up the road to a well-regarded 18-hole course, one of many in the region, while those who prefer pretty shops and charming cafes can visit Valbonne, an enchanting medieval town with the most alluring Provençal market on a Friday morning.

The Mediterranean coast is only 16 kilometers away, with beaches and watersports nearby, as well as glitzy towns like Antibes and Cannes.
Alternatively, spend time exploring the stunning landscapes of hills and olive groves, walking through forests, or hiking along rivers. Grasse, France's perfume capital, is not to be missed, nor are the flower-filled villages of Mougins and Biot.

In Opio, sample the region's exquisite olive oil, dine in excellent restaurants in Cannes, or relax with a cocktail in Juan Les Pins. There are so many wonderful experiences to be had on the French Riviera, no matter where you are.
