Beautiful 1 bedroom contemporary apartment with kingsize bed in a lovely Belle Epoque Building in central Nice. Great location 400m to beach, 200m shops/restaurants, walk to the old town and museums.
Fabulous apartment in Nice, in a great location, 400m to the beach/promenade des Anglais, 200m from the Pedestrian Zone, and 10 mins walk to the Old Town - surrounded by lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. Opposite a lovely square and beautiful church. Its a lovely part of town allowing you to walk everywhere and quiet enough to sleep at night.
The apartment is on the first floor located by stairs or lift. The apartment opens up to an open plan kitchen and lounge. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The dining area seats 4 and the lounge leads to French windows opening up onto a balconette and overlooking the church square. It has a sofa, which pulls out to a double sofa bed. Large Smart TV with English (and worldwide) IPTV - view all channels, movies or series. Alternatively, watch either the French Smart TV channels or Orange French TV (which includes movies). In addition, login to Amazon Prime or Netflix, if you have a personal subscription. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and unlimited free WIFI. A portable cot is also available.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and french window leading onto the 2nd balconette. The shower room has all contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Had a lovely stay in the apartment. Well located inbetween the shops, promenade & beach. Ten minute walk to the train station. Apartment was well equipped & we would definitely go back!

Me and my mother loved this property very clean and close to all the places such as beach, restaurant, shops ,tram and also easy 10 minutes tram ride to international train station.
Also the property has everything you need and more, most of all the owner is so easy to reach and if you have any question is answered quickly , helpful and graceful owner.
I highly.............. recommend this place for relaxation as is nice and quiet and away from noise and partying area.

A centrally situated apartment giving very good value for money.
The premises were stocked with everything we required and we appreciated the welcome pack awaiting us.
The apartment was clean, well stocked with local info and had a good shower.
The owner provided comprehensive information about the uplifting of keys and directions to the apartment.
I would recommend it.
Fantastic location equidistant from train station, for taking local trips, and Old town and Mediterranean. View from 2nd level (american) was pleasant--church, garden, and children's park. There is heavy street traffic during the day but the new windows take care of that when you want quiet. We liked having the windows open and hearing birdsong and young voices from the playground during the day.
The apartment was roomy enough, had comfortable seating, and all the facilities we needed (including dishwasher and clothes washer) for a 2 week stay. Drying laundry on the clothes rack provided was really effective since the setting sun and long evenings (May) provided plenty of warmth in both the bedroom and living room windows.
Only suggestion: It's time to renew/upgrade the countertop in bathroom which would make keeping it clean/tidy easier.
We spent 5 days at the apartment in early May of 2015. The apartment is located in a residential district near to the Nice Train Station (Gare de Nice-Ville). Description of the property is correct and local property management provides good service for customers. We travelled by car so we arranged a parking spot in a private parking nearby.
