On the upper floor, the open-plan living and dining area by the fully equipped kitchen has breathtaking sea views and an upper terrace for al fresco dining and lounging.
The master bedroom has access to a balcony, while the three lower floor bedrooms have access to the terrace and lawns, some of which are close to the pool and are interspersed with cacti, shrubs, and stone features.

Cavalaire-sur-Mer, with its Famille Plus designation, is especially welcoming to holidaymakers and shares some of its glitzier neighbors' iconic palms, pines, and sparkling azure sea.
There are three kilometers of sandy beaches ideal for watersports, sailing, volleyball, paddling, and building sandcastles, as well as a bakery, supermarkets, cinema, bars, and restaurants.

Not far away, fashionable St Tropez is known for its medieval streets and port, where fishing boats coexist with luxurious yachts.
Le Lavandou, on the other hand, is a popular seaside resort with a marina where you can watch the fishing boats bring in their catch.

Don't miss the more tranquil and idyllic inland Provençal villages like medieval Grimaud with its flower-filled cobblestone streets, Gassin, Ramatuelle, and La Môle, which is a walking paradise.
