About the Villa Océane: This contemporary 85m² villa has a bright glazed living-room surrounded by bamboos, olive tree and pine trees. You will feel like living in the nature.
Enjoy its huge teak terrace, its private pool (heated from April to October), an exclusive spa and the privacy of your 1800 m² mediterranean garden.
The facilities are 5 star level: Home cinema, king size bed, extra large walking indoor shower + outdoor shower, ultra equipped kitchen...
The exceptional layout of the villa combines avant-gardism and design with the historical heritage of the place.
The Domaine de Monteils is a former Priory, built in the 9th century. These 1200 years old buildings have crossed the ages and have many things to tell us.
The Domaine de Monteils is located in the middle of a very attractive region, renowned for its fantastic historical heritage, spectacular landscapes, and yet an unspoiled area that kept its authenticity.
This region is famous for its wine, the lakes of Camargue, the sandy beaches of Languedoc, and the spectacular Cevennes mountains.
The area is full of fantastic historic sites, including the city of Avignon, the medieval duchy of Uzes, the roman towns of Nimes and Arles, the UNESCO World Heritages locations of Carcassonne and the Pont du Gard, and a number of other charming villages.

Young minded and relaxed, we always push ourselves to the limit for the well-being of our guests because our sense of hospitality is at its highest level. In 2010 we discovered the Domaine de Monteils in a neglected state since decades. This former priory of the 9th century had lived several successive lives for 1200 years. We immediately began its restoration which took 10 years. Fascinated by architecture and modern design, the renovation of this historic building was our vocation, just as we like to meet people from all walks of life.
