The House of 130 M² is composed of 2 double rooms with double beds and a quadruple room with a double bed and 2 twin beds, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining room.
The house has its own private garden with a view of the fields. As it's in the middle of the country, it's very quiet.
Near the property, you will find horse activities on an equestrian farm with the French federation of horse Labels. There's also fishing, tennis, a lake for activities like swimming, with an aquatic toboggan, and pedalo. The Dordogne river is famous for family-friendly canoe and kayak programs.
History and culture can be found nearby, with Perigueux and Bergerac 25 minutes from the house. Sarlat, Les Eyzies, St Emilion, Bordeaux are 1 hour away.
If you come by train Libourne or Bordeaux are 1h15 from the house. Bergerac Airport 25mn , Bordeaux airport 1h30 .
We can organize Yoga, pilate or gym sessions during your stay.
Some local products and ready-to-eat food can be purchased for you before your arrival.
During the summer, every village in the surrounding area organizes cultural activities and local product markets.
