It is an ideal destination for lovers of neo-classic European antiquity and visitors are welcome to enjoy numerous attractions including the distinguished Cours Mirabeau, a favourite of Ernest Hemingway’s. This picturesque strip was surely inspiration for aspects of his works and hosts several small cafes and delightful boutiques. A short walk from here, is the Bastide du Jas de Bouffan. These staggering grounds stimulated Paul Cezanne into producing some of his finer pieces of artwork and guided tours are available to guests.
