When we bought the house in 2021, we knew it would make a great gite.

Today, its a smart, stylish and comfortable private space with all the comforts of home.
Whether you want to explore the vineyards, go sight seeing in historic Carcassonne or just want to kick back and relax, you won't be disappointed with our old stable.

The gite is essentially a small house. It has its own front door via a gate off the main street.
On entering there is a small lobby for coats and a storage cupboard. This opens onto the lounge/dining area featuring a dining table and chairs for 2, a sofa and easy chair. There is a smart tv and free WiFi access (fibre).
Off the lounge is a small galley style kitchen with fresh, brand new fitted cupboards and worktops. Everything you need to cook a meal for two is provided and there is a generous fridge/freezer to keep drinks and food fresh
The staircase at the rear of the lounge leads to the bedroom and en suite. The room has a high barn style ceiling and a double door/window to the courtyard with shutters.
You will have access to the entire home and your hosts are just across the courtyard
