Limassol beach front is under a 15 minute drive and under 10 minutes to Germasoyia.
The property comprises of a fully equipped open plan dining and kitchen area, with plenty of seating. There are six double bedrooms, (4 with en-suite) six bathrooms, with an additional shower and toilet at the pool area, along with an outdoor shower. A games room which has a pool table and gymnasium equipment, a cinema room, an office and a laundry room with a washing machine.
In addition there is a large spacious lounge leading onto the stunning outdoor swimming pool (15x5m) with several sun beds and also a covered seating area under the kiosk bar and BBQ area. There is ample parking spaces within the gated area of the property. The villa is equipped with a surround sound system throughout, air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace and WiFi.
