Hello, My name is James and i live in Paphos with my Wife Sylwia and our young daughter Maya. We have lived in Paphos for 10 years and we Love Paphos for its easy going nature, warmth, and friendly atmosphere. Paphos is a fantastic area for families where children are warmly welcomed. We personally collect you from Paphos airport free of charge to ensure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive in Cyprus

We have a wealth of local knowledge and experience. We feel that many visitors are simply thrown into the deep end upon arrival at a property, with little or zero local knowledge. We are on hand personally to offer our help and experience as needed, as well as being able to offer our best personal recommendations gained over a decade of trial and error to help make your holiday truly special.

The house is furnished to a very high standard with all the conveniences you may need. The pool, gardens and resort are maintained impeccably.

The house is equipped with a FULL UK TELEVISION PACKAGE WITH FULL EQUIVALENT SKY PACKAGE, LIVE COVERAGE OF ALL PREMIER LEAGUE GAMES, F1 AND GOLF. ON DEMAND VIDEO LIBRARY AND ALL UK RADIO STATIONS.

Aurora Villa, A6 Ilios 2

Aurora Villa is only a 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport with our complimentary airport transfers and is situated midway between the sea and renovated old town. Paphos harbour with its large selection of restaurants, bars and attractions is only a 15-20 minute walk away.

There are 2 very well stocked mini markets 5 minutes walk from the property with a supermarket 10 minutes away

The property has two double bedrooms, the master has a KING sized bed and opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two large single beds and both rooms have large fitted wardrobes, have free air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans (some properties charge extra). We've invested in quality, comfortable beds linen and towels are provided. We have insect screens on all the major windows, so in the warm weather you can have the windows open without fear of mosquitoes. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a heater for winter stays.

The ground floor is also air conditioned/heated and has an open plan lounge, dining area with Danish designer furniture. There's also a separate WC/cloakroom on the ground floor (very handy when you have a full house). The lounge opens onto a good sized patio, which faces the large pool and has a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco eating. There are poolside showers and toilets. We have an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with a cooker, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine fridge/freezer and a washing machine, however eating out is cheap and the food delicious, so many people don't bother to cook. There's also an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.

Cyprus is a low crime area, but for peace of mind, we've also installed a safe for passports and valuables and a security guards regularly visits the complex. We've tried to think of everything and make it a non-smoking home from home.

There are loungers and umbrellas by the pool that are always in the sun, but we are also fortunate in having a balcony and a patio that are shaded from around noon, so you can stay outdoors when it gets too hot to sit in the sun and in Cyprus, it does get hot! We have 2 lounger mattresses to make the sun loungers even more comfortable.

Cyprus and Paphos

First of all, travelling around Cyprus is easy as driving is on the left. Also no need for adaptors as the electricity is the same as ours, 240 volts with 13 amp square pin plugs. There's so much to see and do for all ages swimming, scuba diving, wind surfing, golf, hiking, cycle hire, bowling, skiing and snowboarding. There are water parks, bird parks and animal sanctuaries and you can visit museums, lots of shops, wineries and the huge number of archaeological and historic sites.

Ideally we prefer bookings that start and end on a Saturday , but we try to be flexible and if you need to arrive on a different day, do enquire.
