Villa Agia Sofia, 4 Bed Villa With Private Heated Pool In Paphos

Review submitted by Lisa and Jay from London (Submitted: 30/08/2023) ''We have had a wonderful time at villa Agia Sofia, such a beautiful location and the panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking, morning till night. The villa was clean, well presented and very spacious for our family, everything we needed was there and cannot fault it in anyway. A perfect place to stay. Even the neighbours across the road were lovely, very friendly and helped us arrange taxi’s a few times to ensure we got a decent rate and address correct. I would say a car is essential when staying and the directions were clear and easy to follow. After a few trips, were very easy to find your way around the local area. A few local shops within walking distance if needed including 24hr bakery/ small supermarket, coffee shop and an organic shop which has fresh local fruit and veg every Saturday morning. Everything else you could need is within a 10 minute drive and very easy to find. A few of my family require a gluten-free diet and plenty of options available in all larger supermarkets & restaurants which was great. A special mention for The Windmill restaurant Paphos for a wonderful birthday meal and very helpful with our dietary needs, also Pingouino restaurant Paphos as they have very good gluten free options also. A highlight of our holiday was the recommendation from Steven to Latchi water sports centre, we hired a self drive boat to explore the coast and blue lagoon. As a complete novice, they explain everything very well and have plenty of patrol boats who are on hand to help out at all times. This is an amazing day out and would highly recommend it. Lastly I would just like to thank Steven at Let’s Rent online.com, the service, communications and all instructions have been excellent from start to finish and made our holiday perfect. Would highly recommended and already looking to book with them for next year’s holiday. Happy for you to use my comments and details on your website. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool and view were amazing and the open plan living downstairs was great for us with kids being in the pool and being able to sit and watch. Location was perfect for us. We hired a car from the airport and it was easy to find using your directions. A few bakeries and supermarkets close by which is perfect. We did have to drive everywhere to eat but we all bbq'd at the villa some days. The sunsets were stunning from the villa. We went to Tala quite a few times and love Melitzia and Voukani. I have been to both of these before (last year) and really enjoyed them so took my family back there. I would also highly recommend Agora Tavern in Paphos old town. It was delicious food and an amazing view of sunset over the sea. No menu, just all mezes - meat and vegetarian. Very satisfied with your service. Communication was great - very prompt and responsive. The local managers were excellent and friendly. We were very pleased when they turned the pool heating up by a degree or 2 - it made such a difference to how long our children could spend in the pool and they loved it. We absolutely loved the villa and are considering going again next year. We had a brilliant stay and once the flights are out for October 2023 we will be booking again.''

The heated pool in October was a definite plus and meant it was easily useable. Tremithousa is well situated just outside both Paphos town itself and Tala. You would find a car a definite asset the shops are 15 minutes walk away and only a few bars close by. To get to the actual villa was a bit awkward around the village with google trying to take you down an unconnected road but once mastered was easy. Recommend Melitiza in Tala, The Aphrodite Rock Microbrewery in Tsada and Gustoso in Paphos for the Sunday buffet lunch As previously experienced excellent service and communication from yourselves have recommended to others highly satisfied. Didn't speak to local managers but spoke to owner who made several recommendations in local area and was very helpful Not really any improvements we can suggest. We love the standard of villas your company promotes. Am happy for my details to be used. Thanks. Michael. ''

RESTAURANTS - LOVED PIZZA EXPRESS, FAT MAMMAS, KOH I NOOR, CHLOES, AND DISCOVERED THIS TIME GREEN HILL AND PEGGY'S GARDEN CAFE IN PEYIA WHICH WERE SUPERB. ABSOLUTELY. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM LETSRENTONLINE AND THE LOCAL MANAGER. THE VILLA IS PERFECT!''

Secluded, quiet and views over Paphos were exceptional. Car definitely needed though. Highly recommend renting a boat from Latchi Watersports and seeing the blue lagoon. The mountain roads around Troodos and the Caledonia falls. Omodos a lovely village to see too. Paphos waterpark was a fun day out too. Restaurants: Muse, Melizia's Taverna, Ocean basket were our favourite spots. Shops: Lidl about a 7 min drive away, perfect for BBQ provisions Good communication throughout booking process and stay. Good service locally also. Cant think of any improvements. Hope to be back...''

GREAT WIFI, GREAT TV SELECTION, AMAZING INFINITY POOL, LOVELY VIEW, QUIET LOCATION, SUPER VIEWS. VERY WELL FURNISHED - SO COMFORTABLE. I LIKED IT PERSONALLY. NICE AND SECLUDED. 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO KATO PAPHOS AND EASY ACCESS TO MOTORWAY. IF I HADN’T SET THE SAT NAV IN ADVANCE WITH THE PIN POINT LOCATION, I MAY WELL HAVE STRUGGLED TO FIND IT WITH DIRECTIONS (BUT THAT’S MORE BECAUSE I HATE DIRECTIONS THAN ANY CRITICISM OF THE DIRECTIONS PROVIDED AS I DIDN’T NEED THEM!). WE HAVE ALWAYS LOVED HOBO NEAR THE CASTLE, ENJOYED HARBOUR VIEW CAFE THIS TIME, ALSO ALWAYS ENJOYED FAT MAMAS AND KOH-I-NOHR INDIAN. LAATCHI AND APHRODITE’S ROCK ARE ALWAYS GOOD BEACH TRIPS. FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE ENJOYED DAY TRIPS TO NICOSIA AND LIMASSOL. YES - VERY FAST AND RESPONSIVE. COULDN’T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE.
