Villa Zivania - Tala- 3 Bed Villa-private Pool- Walk To Village

Review submitted by Carol from Fife (Submitted: 23/09/2023) "The Villa was just perfect for our family and was ideal for my mum and dad with the bedroom downstairs. In a lovely condition, well kept with everything we needed. The location was good in a quiet cul-de-sac and not too far from the Village Square if you wanted to walk. We frequented the following bars and restaurants in Tala Square:- Mario’s, Melitzia, Voukani, Stamna, Hazeli and Themoula’s all which served good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Other restaurants we visited were the Sea Caves, Last Castle and Yiannis in Kathikas - all delicious. We booked excursions on the Wavedancer at Paphos Harbour, BBQ Cruise and the Fireworks Cruise. We also hired a boat from Latchi Watersports which was a fantastic day. Your service was fantastic and great to be sent all the instructions about the villa and what was on around the area and some discount vouchers. Nothing was too much trouble. Tandy was great locally. She cleaned the villa half way through the holiday and brought us and extra hairdryer. She also went above and beyond and posted two items of clothing back to us which had been mistakenly left in the villa. Couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t think of anything to improve the current property or service. We holiday in Cyprus at least once every year so I would imagine we will be back next year. We tend to use hotels when visiting other countries and there are only two of us but as we know Cyprus pretty well we tend to go for a villa if there are a few of us. "

The pool was lovely and clean when we arrived. Hannah who was looking after the villa visited us on our first morning and was Informative and helpful. The location of the villa was quiet which was great and with the village only a 10 minute (uphill) walk it had everything we needed. The few bars and restaurants were all good and not too busy which was nice. I left a few cards in the info folder of restaurants we ate in. I have to mention Andreas, he was the most helpful lovely person who made taxi journeys enjoyable.. I have already recommended him to a friend who is over in paphos in a few weeks. We would definitely book this villa again maybe not for a year or so as already have plans and would book through yourselves again as have found communication between us was brilliant , responding to any questions I had right away. The pool was lovely and although at first we weren't sure about the pool being at the front of the property it was fine as the villa is in a quite road and not overlooked. The BBQ area was great and there was plenty of shade if needed. Great location and very quiet. It's only a 10 minute walk to Tala square and a 15 minute drive to the beach. Being slightly elevated it also means that there is more of a breeze which is welcome on very hot days. We would recommend the restaurants in Tala square having tried all of them. Also Mario's bar is a great place for a drink and Friday night's they have traditional Greek music and a disco. Coral Bay bars and restaurants are good to. We went to Fat Mama's on the road to Paphos which was a great night out and we absolutely loved the Sea You bar inbetween Paphos and Coral Bay on the coast road. The sunset's are breathtaking. Yes, all good with your service, no complaints. All good locally also."

It really was a home from home with everything you need for a totally relaxing time. Very well located a short 10 minute walk from Tala Square with its restaurants and Mario's bar and also well placed for visiting Paphos harbour/town and Coral Bay. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely be returning. This was from Maria and family. "

The location was lovely, and only a few minutes walk from the village square. We enjoyed all our meals and ate at all the Tavernas in the square, sorry but I cant remember their names apart from Marios where we enjoyed a few drinks every night at VERY reasonable prices. We drove to Polis & Latchi and had a lovely day out Also had a nice trip to Kathikas and the Winery. We were very satisfied with the service and especially Hannah who was very helpful. "

We had a few nights eating in the villa using the bar b q area which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location for us was great, villa in a quiet location with tala square about 5 mins walk for somewhere to eat. A car is needed if visitors want to go onto pathos. I would recommend melitza in tala square, lovely food for very good value for money. Also a trip to turtle beach is a must and a visit to the last castle, or viklari as the kocals know it, for food (a car is required for both of these) but fabulous beach and food. All information required was provided and the hire car company that was recommended to us was very reasonable. Hannah was great nothing was too much trouble for her when we contacted her throughout our stay. I would like to add is this is our second year in this villa for our main holiday and I wouldnt hesitate on booking again in the future. Thankyou for a lovely holiday"

Following our visit to Cyprus in July, we are very pleased to recommend this excellent villa. We found the villa to be bright, very spacious and fitted out to a very high standard. The pool and patio areas are well equipped in order to take advantage of eating out of doors from morning until night. In addition the upstairs balcony affords lovely views and a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. The modern air conditioning system proved to be essential considering the lovely Cyprus sunshine. There are a number of local restaurants in Tala which we can recommend. Due to the location, being a fifteen minute drive from Paphos, a car is recommended but not essential.RegardsJames and Patrina"

"Your villa was lovely everything and more. This is the third year running we have rented a villa and this was by far the most professional and well managed of them all. Juliet was lovely and was able to provide additional information. My youngest daughter Ella made herself known to the pool man who was also lovely.
