Location gave great views, very hilly for us elderly folk but great to have the included vehicle. Had some super meals both locally in Tala and in Paphos. Melitzia taverna was very nice but also nearby Hazeli taverna was excellent food and worth visiting. Also Happy Island Restaurant in Paphos deserves a mention. They served excellent food with first class service and very family friendly. Cynthiana Beach Hotel was an excellent idea for our last day. Worth mentioning was the nearby Tsiakkas Taverna that served excellent food with nice sea views. Tomb of the Kings was a very popular visit; my son and 5 year old Harry thought they were on the set of Indiana Jones movie. Communications and arrangements from yourselves were first class. Kevin was particularly helpful. We are sure to visit Cyprus again soon and will check out your services when we do. Thanks again for all your help. Paul . '

Brilliantly positioned in a great area within walks distance of restaurants and shops. Quiet, with a panoramic view of the coast and always able to see the spectacular sunset. All the restaurants within walking distance are good, but particularly Martikas Kitchen- excellent gastro food in a lovely restaurant, and Melitzia Tavern, an authentic Greek restaurant in a beautiful setting with amazing value local traditional dishes. Brilliant value for money. You’ll need to book for both as they are both very popular. Can’t fault the service- very honest, helpful and informative. We’ll done.. ''

Added bonus is the car included in the rental cost . Location is outside paphos but ideal for coral bay and Paphos old town . The view is also great . Quiet and safe . Village close by with shop and eateries . We ate out a few times , Casa Luna in Tala for Italian , we also are on the harbour front one evening which is a lovely location , not the cheapest but good food . We went quad biking with Chris Andreou in Coral bay , we did two trips , the full day tour is the best with a boat trip from Latchi to the blue lagoon and lunch . Have done this several times but still enjoy it - a great way to see rural Cyprus and it’s safe and organised . We have booked through let’s rent on line with Steven several times , we have found the service excellent , great communication and reassuring of everything - if you have a question or need then they will sort it . Always happy with the local local agents Colin and Carol as I recall , always on hand and genuinely nice people who are happy to help . Keep doing what you do ''

The pool cover was brilliant and kept the water at the perfect temperature so the kids could swim late at night and not get cold. We loved all the outside spaces, esp the raised Astro deck. Perfect for breakfast or sunset drinks, and you do get to see some amazing sunsets! We loved the location. It was great to be able to walk to the supermarket and into the square where there are some fabulous restaurants. The coffee shop was also a favourite. It was also close enough to drive to the beaches and the harbour, where we spent a lot of time Esp recommend Mpania restaurant for breakfast. Lovely to sit outside while the kids played in the water. Highly recommend getting out to the Blue Lagoon. We had a great time swimming the crystal clear water. The communication with you has been great. As my friend Natalie had said you were very good and prompt with emails and requests. We would love to come back to Cyprus and would definitely use your services again. We loved the villa, the location and the car so that would a great option again. Thank you again, Shrina ''

Location was good, actually better than last year in tremithousa (mostly because of the roads getting there). Ocean basket is one of our favorites. Very satisfied with your service, it´s my second year booking through your agents, you were very helpful. We didn´t have any problems, so we didn´t communicate much (with local managers) but overall was good. Few things that we needed help with, he helped us really fast. The bed was the best that we have slept on, this actually made our vacation even better that we could sleep without any back pain. The pool was really warm, please thank the property owner for that. The location is good especially as there is a car in the deal. The views are great from the terrace. The Melitzia (query the spelling) in Tala was excellent and recommended by Andy, taxi driver. He booked us a splendid table on two occasions and arranged taxis in both directions. First class service. We were very satisfied with your services and everything ran very smoothly. We only had cause to call on sight managers once to replace a couple of light bulbs in the kitchen. All sorted by the time we returned from our day out. I would like to say a special thank you to Andy who met us at the airport and is such a fantastic ambassador for Cyprus. He looked after us right up to delivering us and our luggage to the airport on our final day. We changed our plans and decided not to rent a car on our final day having met Andy. All in all a really great holiday..... Thank you. All the best Rosemary .''

Review submitted by Neil from Hereford (Submitted: 10/09/2017) “We have just returned home from our fantastic Cyprus Villa holiday , The villa ( Karouzi) was probably one of the best we have stayed in and had everything you could you ask for and more , the use of the car was a bonus and the icing the cake in our villa choice. The villa Owner clearly cares about the villa and the quality of the fittings and contents . Very well maintained and value for money. We are regular cyprus visitors having been there almost every year for the last 14 years so we know the area well . Tala is a great place to stay for the views and breeze and away from the busy tourist areas which are only ten minutes away by car if that's what you want. Tala has changed over the years and is looking better each time we go there especially the centre. We hired a boat from George again at Latchi for the blue Lagoon which was as usual excellent and a great way to spend the morning with lunch after in the harbour . Recommend a day in Troodos and a quad biking trip through Akamas region . Views and scenery are amazing. Yourselves - LetsRent on line - were first class and always responded to any questions , efficient , informative , and reliable - absolutely would use you again. The local agents Colin and Carol were on hand and really helpful and knowing they were available during our stay was reassuring , a really nice couple where nothing was too much trouble. We used Andy cars for our transfers whose drivers were excellent from arrival to departure , first class vehicles and professional and nice drivers. Fixed rate and reliable service. All in all an excellent holiday with no issues , great weather and a great team of individual company's coordinated by Rent on LIne who delivered the service we hoped for. The holiday itself was excellent. We found the villa very clean and welcoming. It was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable which is not always the case with villa holidays. We made full use of the heated pool, entertainment facilities and the car. The weather was in our favour most of the time with temps in the late teens early twenties, with more sunny days then cloudy ones. Other than the golf we never ventured too far afield. The purpose of the winter break was to settle down and relax which is exactly what we did. The local store in Tala was very well equipped and nicely catered for our needs. Having said that we ate out every evening and enjoyed the food and service at the Casa Luna, Melitzia and the Costas Tavern Kolini that we have visited before on a previous trip to Cyprus. Colin and Carole looked after us well with the few problems we had. Andy the taxi driver was very friendly and efficient and we would like to thank them very much. We do intend to visit Cyprus again in the next couple of years, as a group we normally do two villa holidays a year and are considering Cyprus as our regular winter break. The villa we found to be good value for money and would certainly use it again in the future. Once again thank you very much.

Heated pool a real bonus given time of year and 4 x4 vehicle included allowed for mobility/flexibility when required, although difficult on most days to drag the kids away from the pool! Perfect location for us ... quiet, but not too far from supermarkets/other attractions of downtown Paphos nor from the local store and bars/restaurants in the village. Also handy for Coral Bay/Akamas peninsula in one direction and Polis/Latchi in the other. Particularly enjoyed Oniro by the Sea (not far from Coral Bay) and the Peyia Tavern. Restaurant at Aphrodite's Rock Brewery gets an honourable mention as well. Also enjoyed Lara Beach even though the water was a bit nippy (but like a summer's day at Elie). Faultless service. Andy the taxi driver was excellent there/back and very patient given problems with a delay on arrival at the Airport. To be fair, things were a lot better for the return journey. Colin was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. we tend to be a bit last minute when it comes to holidays, but will definitely return at some point. Will certainly consider for future Easter holidays now given the weather is invariably better than other parts of the Med..”

Location was excellent, walking distance to the excellent supermarket and for the more energetic walkers to Tala Square. The supermarket just round the corner was very convenient and was open all the time even during Christmas and new year when other shops were not open. For the walkers Aiyo Neophodous monastery is a good walk up the hill and back from the villa. Coral bay beach is very shaded and even on a winters day when the sun is shining is a great place for the kids to play and adults to relax. We were very satisfied with the service of the agent. Locally, Colin was excellent, very helpful and answered the few calls we made to him. He carried out the maintenance very quickly. We are coming back to Cyprus in July and hope to rent with you again.”

We were impressed with all of the facilities and the overall standard of the property. The location was accessible and allowed us to travel to and from the airport, coral bay and paphos easily via taxi. Being closely located to Tala village meant we could easily access a range of facilities which were just a short walking distance away. We enjoyed visiting the local delicatessen which sold a variety of produce which we used to cook on a daily basis. The local Italian restaurant Casa Luna was a delight and was the best restaurant we visited all holiday. We found all your information and help provided extremely helpful. They frequently sent us emails with information about the area, and answered any questions we had which made our holiday experience even better. We could not find any faults''

Slight problem in weight restriction at the airport I guess. The location of the villa was good and the sea views were amazing. I would definitely recommend lunch at The Last Castle, dinner at Stephanie's Restaurant in Tala , cocktails and food at ONiros is exceptional. A visit to the Birth Place of Aphrodite is definitely worth doing as the scenery is out of this world. Also a visit to the new Marina at Limassol is well worth it as the location is great. All the restaurant owners of the local restaurants in Tala Square are very welcoming and definitely worth visiting Melitzias Restaurant, Stamna Tavern and Masa Soura. Will definitely return.''

We were in Cyprus for our daughters wedding in Paphos but wanted to stay just outside the main hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful time at Villa Karouzi in Tala village. It was our first time staying in a villa and everything was first class, equipped to the highest standard. We have visited Cyprus three times now but would like to book a villa again next year in some other country. I would also say the bbq areas would be very nice to use, but we didn’t get time. The location Was very peaceful, would need a car if you would like to get around. LetsRentOnline provided us with a Taxi man Andy, who was happy to take us where ever we wanted to go, as long as we gave he half hour notice. Very Nice Gentleman. Stephanie Restaurant was a very nice Restaurant, food was very nice most go for Mezze amazing! Please keep in mind you do walk up hills to the Restaurants, easy walking back. Paphos Harbour very nice place, can get boat trips from here. Steven kept us informed with any alterations, which there was some, and gave us alternative which kept to the standard of our original booking. Thank you Steven. Always emailed back promptly if we had query. Very Good Service. Colin come over straight away and explained ever thing that we need to know. Very helpful.

Your service was excellent. The satellite TV was extremely limited in English speaking channels. Sports was only one non-english speaking channel. Very happy to be a reference and happy to be contacted by phone if necessary. I know from looking at Travel web-sites they recommend speaking to previous occupants and I am happy to do so. THANK YOU Agent Note: Many thanks for your feedback. The owner has now installed IPTV showing UK TV channels such as BBC,ITV in addition to the Nilesat system which has over 20 English speaking channels. Thanks again
