A beautiful villa set in its own private gardens offering total seclusion and a holiday experience where you truly believe you can get away from it all.
Overview
A luxury privately owned villa in large private grounds in a quiet area with no other villas in the immediate vicinity. It offers a very large outside area where solitude can be found even if in a group, landscaped in traditional Cypriot style with an array of local plants and many lemon, orange and olive tress. It is just five minutes drive from the centre of Polis Town.
The villa is built on three levels, offers excellent flexible accommodation and enjoys complete privacy. A large upper terrace offers a delightful place to relax and admire the beautiful views over the rolling hills and unspoilt countryside, a perfect place to enjoy your sundowner and watch the sun set over the Akamas Hills.
The village of Stenii has won village of the year on many occasions is just a ten minute stroll away and offers a peaceful old world charm. In the village can be found a small cafe/bar offering a good selection of drinks and food, try the ribs, they're fantastic. A museum can also be found in the village which offers a fascinating insight into Cyprus of another age. Ten minutes drive away and you find the small town of Polis with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Once you discover it Polis beach truly is unspoilt, the calm sea only disturbed by a little fishing boat heading out for the day, no pirate ships and inflatable bananas here so if that's your thing this may not be the holiday for you.

Hi my name is Vince. I’d like to tell you a little about myself and specifically the villa. The villa has been in our family since 2006 and I am now proud custodian of it. I take pride in welcoming each and every guest that honours us with staying. The villa is a family home and is such is quirky and unique, I think it reflects my personality. I’m now retired and in between dining at some of the excellent local restaurants or savouring a glass of local wine in the many tavernas I personally tend to the property. I have varied interest headed by good music, food, wine and cricket. I hope some day I have the pleasure of welcoming you to Distant View.
