This ideal summer house with two bedrooms, the one with a double bed and the other with one bunk bed and one single bed.
Spacious Wooden kitchen fully equipped and a dining table with 6 chairs.
Open plan, bright living room with a big sofa a fireplace a Smart TV with Netflix and
free Wi-Fi.
One bathroom with one shower and a toilet.
Wonderful big Private yard 500m2.
Large Private swimming pool 10mx 4m and four Sunbeds.
The shaded patio is equipped with a barbecue, and outside furniture.
Pets are allowed.
Protaras is the ideal for family vacations.
The fig tree bay beach is a long sandy beach with crystal shallow waters ideal for children. Go early to take a nice place near the sea.
Profitis Elias Church is on the hill (100 steps) as from the top there is a breathtaking view of Protaras.
Nightlife in protaras: has nice bars to spent the evening and drink some mojitos.
We have available two bikes with no extra charge with helmets and lockers.

Cabe Greco is between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras has a natural beauty and it is protected erea.

Beautiful villa, lovely owners, everything you could want, great for the kids will 100% be returning again.

We had an excelent stay between 12 Jul 2014 - 25 Jul 2014 (family of five, including two small daughters). The place is great and the yard very green, it was very nice to spend some afternoons with friends by the pool, or to have a glass of wine in the evening. The owner is a very nice person.
I suggest that you also rent a car when you get this villa (I did, and I moved around the island a lot, its also great when shopping for supplies). It might also work out for you to use the bus system, I saw plenty of them on the road, but as I have not used it myself, I do not know how easy it is to get around by common transportation.

The enclose garden is beautiful, big with fruit trees(figtrees, pomegranate, olive trees), with outdoor furniture including 5 sunbeds. If you like sports we have a volley court and beach tennis you can play with your family. For kids we have a garden games. Also we can provide a highchair for children. You can use the 2 bicycles for free. Suitable for people with restricted mobility.
