Lombardi Seafront Villa is a modern built super holiday home pairing the privacy and comforts of a homely environment with impressive resort-style amenities. Located in Protaras, between the famous Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, nestled on its own private sandy beach this luxurious holiday home makes the most of Cyprus’ sunny climate comfortably catering for up to 10 guests.

The residence comprises of 3 levels, fully air-conditioned with private gated access, video entry systems, underground garage with private entry, private internal lift providing access to all floors , ground level access for pedestrians accessible only via secure gates, private beach access again via secure gate at the bottom of the garden / very good size pool area with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Entrance to Villa is accessible both from main door on ground floor and from the basement garage, which has ample space for two cars. Upon entering you are met with a charming relaxing sitting area to relax with family and friends and a small kitchenette with a hob.

Leading to the ground floor which is the main door entrance, you are met with a comfortable open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen with modern dining and seating furniture which open out to the swimming pool and garden area for enjoyable dining and relaxation.

Leading to the next level, there are in total five bedrooms. Three comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite, one more double and one twin bedroom that both have shared access to a family bathroom. All rooms of the villa are fully air-conditioned.
