This popular and spacious villa features a lovely garden and private outside pool area. Inside there is a spacious living area with satellite television, a dvd player and a home cinema system. The dining area seats 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a quality self-catering villa. Upstairs features a comfortable master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub. On the ground floor there is WC.
Outside the villa features a large garden area and swimming pool, great for children.
The location of the villa is excellent and just a few minutes walk away from the centre of Protaras.
There is a small sandy beach just 2 minutes walk away from the villa and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe in 2011 is less than a 10 minute walk away.
There are a further 2 villas available for rent on the same complex, making it an ideal choice for families or groups who wish to stay close to each other.

Lovely villa in excellent location. Ideally situated near seafront, bars and restaurants with goods facilities.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
