This beautiful luxury villa is situated within its stunning landscaped gardens and has a beautiful 10m x 5m infinity pool offers the ultimate in bathing, relaxation and fun for the family. There is ample parking including an underground garage.
Marble flooring throughout the villa. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with a bright and airy lounge, fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen with granite worktops, dining area, twin bedroom and marble bathroom. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola and feature stone arches which beautifully frames the view to the gardens, pool and sea. Stairs lead down from here to the pool terraces and gardens. 4th bedroom is located in the lower ground living area.
On the first floor there's another large marble bathroom and shower and two double bedrooms with ample fitted storage areas. The real treat is the extended balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and covers the entire width of the villa. It has a table and 6 chairs, large pegola, sun beds and a BBQ. From here you can enjoy views to the crystal clear turquoise sea.
If pool heating is required, this must be ordered in advance as the pool heating would commence 3 days before your arrival. The pool heating is charged at £40 per day in advance – Minimum 7 night charge = £280.00.

The Paphos District
Argaka is an unspoilt Cypriot village situated between the sea and the mountain slopes. It is home to many fine restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.
Argaka has a sandy beach with clear warm sea. Views of the sunset over the Akamas Peninsula are outstanding. The tavernas are welcoming and very good value and there are two small supermarkets. About 2 minutes drive from the villa lies the small town of Polis with its attractive main square where it is a pleasure to linger with a cool drink and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
The town offers many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a bank, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser and many interesting shops. Just a few kilometres further west is the small town of Latchi with its attractive harbour and well known restaurants serving a wide choice of food including many varieties of freshly caught fish. There is a water sports centre and boat hire.
Argaka
There are lots of activities in Polis and Latchi ranging from water sports, boat trips, fishing, go-karting, mini golf, nature walks, historical sites such as the Baths of Aphrodite, Bowling, Safari's, Sunbathing on the natural beaches, Cycle routes and much more.
The Latchi Tourist resort is only a 15 minute drive from the property and boasts a multitude of shops, restaurants, bar and night clubs.

Only a 30 minute drive through wine country to Paphos town and a further 10 minutes to the airport

We had a 14 night stay at Saraliana. We knew the area quite well having stayed locally previously but the location of this villa, right on the coast, is absolutely ideal for those wanting a balance of peace and quiet and access to Polis, Latchi (we were doing various watersports over the holiday) and the various bars along the coastline in Argaka.
As a family we like a good pool and this one is excellent, larger than other villas we have stayed in. The four bedrooms meant all had their own space and the basement rooms are great for those who want to escape the heat and have less early morning sunshine coming through the windows (sleepy teens!) .
In the evenings my teens enjoyed the ready access to the internet and online movies whilst I barbecued on the veranda. We also enjoyed the access to the beach and the walk along to jump off Limni pier to cool off.
The property was spotlessly clean on handover to us and the few queries we had about the villa facilities were dealt with very quickly by Joseph. Checkout was with minimum fuss too.
Summary - a great place for those who don't want crowds but don't want to be isolated. Total relaxation.

Stayed here as a party of 8 people and the villa is very nice. The reason I have not given the full 5 stars for everything is because this was advertised to us as having 3 bathrooms and there are only 2 which, at times, was an issue with 8 people. There were only 6 sun beds around the pool and the chemicals in the hot tub ruined our swim wear. The cleaner changed the beds and towels after a week but didn’t clean anywhere. The beach is lovely and overall we had a great time. Teresa was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. Just expected a bit more on the cleaning front and the extra bathroom would have been nice.
