The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable settees and offers a flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite Free to Air package, a home cinema ( DVD) and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. washing machine, a filter coffee machine. The dining table comfortable seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden, with the private swimming pool.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room, the second bedroom with two single beds and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have private balconies with open views.

There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hairdryer and beach towels are supplied, with a baby cot and highchair available upon request. Wi-fi internet access is also available free of charge.
