The villa has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with 2 sofas and a TV in the living space, designed to keep you cool indoors whilst relaxing and enjoying views of the front patio – a lovely spot to watch the world go by. The dining table seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to make use of, with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The kitchen also leads out to the beautiful garden and private swimming pool.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed with a fantastic balcony, perfect for taking in some amazing sea views whilst enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine. There is also a second double room which shares access to the balcony and a third room which offers 2 single beds. All bedrooms share access to the family bathroom.
The attractive garden provides sun loungers around the fabulous swimming pool, and a dining table and chairs with umbrella to enjoy some al fresco dining with your loved ones. A short stroll will lead you to the local shops, bars, and restaurants in Pernera, and also to the famous Kalamies Beach, from which you can venture further along the coastal path and explore the many other sandy beaches and seafront restaurants along the way.
