Villa Cosmea is a stunning property located on a quiet development with private swimming pool, a few minutes walk to the beautiful Kalamies beach.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is at the front of the villa and has a wonderful balcony for guests to enjoy morning coffee. All rooms are fully air conditioned with free Wifi throughout, there is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
Downstairs boasts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, all fully equipped for holiday guests. There is a sun trap veranda, with outside seating, sun beds, and shower along with the beautiful private swimming pool, a perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining or evening cocktails.
The local restaurants and bars are only a few minutes walk from the villa along with a tennis court and play
area for the children.
PERNERA
Pernera is an area on the east coast of Cyprus situated between the well known tourist destination of Protaras and the smaller village of Kapparis. It is often combined with neighbouring Protaras especially as there is no clear distinction of where one ends and the other begins.
The two resorts are linked by a beachfront walkway, popular all year round with walkers, runners and those taking a leisurely stroll to admire the sea views, the path is lit at night and suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs, with a mixture of pavement and decking, with ramps alongside steps when necessary.
