Villa Arabella is a lovely 2-bedroom detached villa, perfectly situated in the heart of Pernera, just a short walk to a choice of beautiful beaches and the many bars and restaurants.

The villa itself has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4 guests. The kitchen comes with all necessary appliances so should you want to cook, or wash your clothes, you are well-equipped to do so! Enjoy a family meal around the dining table, or just chill out in the living area and watch some TV if you want some downtime. Sun seekers can take advantage of the hot Cyprus sun and relax outdoors in your private, enclosed garden, and perhaps enjoy some al fresco dining or a cocktail and beer before heading out to Pernera for the evening.
The master bedroom is a double and boasts a private balcony, where you can sit back, relax, and watch the world go by. The second bedroom is a twin, perfect for those travelling with friends or children. Both rooms share the family bathroom and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
This villa is a fabulous option for families and friends to enjoy the delights that Pernera has to offer! All amenities are on your doorstep, and you can take your pick of restaurants in the area. Should you want to venture out further, you are close enough to Kapparis and Protaras to enjoy everything on offer!
