Overview
This spacious and modern 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is in a fantastic location, close to the centre of Pernera, Protaras.
Inside, the lounge area features a widescreen T.V. Dvd player, Satellite and Wi-fi. There is a dining table for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. There is also a separate W.C. next to the hallway.
On the first floor there is a master en-suite double bedroom and two twin rooms. Two rooms have access with sliding patio doors to a terrace area where you can enjoy the landscaping along with sea views in the distance. There is a large family bathroom with tub and shower facilities.
Outside features a large 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by lush gardens, shrubs and trees. By the pool you will find sunloungers, garden table and chairs, parasol and a BBQ. There is private parking for one car and extra parking outside the garden area.
The villa is just 8 minutes walk from the popular Golden Coast Beach and Harbour, and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll away.
Pernera has so much to offer and there are a wide variety of lovely restaurants, bars and places to visit. Enjoy a walk along the new seafront promenade which runs from Pernera into central Protaras or sit back and enjoy the view in one of the many beach bars.
Enjoy glass-bottom boat trips, white-knuckle watersport rides and fishing trips from the harbour in Pernera, or take a sightseeing boat trip to the abandoned Ghost Town of Famagusta, just to the north of the area.

Lovely house with all the creature comforts you need and ideal with four toilets and three showers so no arguments amongst everyone! Beds are amazing and everyone had a great night’s sleep The pool is perfect and with the position of the house the water has warmed up enough with the morning sun. Zoe came and visited on the first morning and was incredibly friendly and was around to help at any time. Tavernas and main strip within a 5-10 minute walk so you’re not on top of everything which is ideal, beach is a similar distance too. Would absolutely stay again!”

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
