Overview
This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Pernera and is within walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.
Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and an ideal option for families or groups looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday very close to the beach.
Downstairs, the villa has a large and modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, the dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) is also available. There is also a W/C on the ground floor.
Upstairs has three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand in shower and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.
Outside in the spacious garden, there is an outside shower, gas barbecue, outside seating area for 6 people, sun loungers and large private pool.
Overall, this beautiful villa is the ideal place to stay for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Excellent Villa for families! Attentive attitude of the owners to all requests and wishes, good location of the villa, villa arrangement.
We really liked the villa. Suitable for living with children, both small and adults. The house had everything you need, especially liked how the kitchen is equipped. Pleased with the presence of a dishwasher. It is convenient to sunbathe - there are enough sunbeds, there is an umbrella from the sun. For barbecue there is a grill. Supermarkets in walking distance are immediately at the exit from the cottage village. But the best - Kokkinos (our favorite and cheapest, perhaps), Carrefour and Lidl, they are all on the street 1st April, not far from each other and they need to go by car, on the way to them there is Fruit Market - a fruit shop, In which the freshest fruits and a rich selection, especially at the beginning of the week. A good fitness club we found near Kokkinos.We, by the way, took the car and never regretted it, drove 3.5 thousand km in 3 weeks. This very cheapened our stay in Cyprus due to the fact that we ate homemade food prepared from products purchased in these supermarkets. Although there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby (for those who want to), but we went only once and only to try the meze (this is unforgettable, we recommend - the huge table is set with an incredible number of plates with different dishes). We recommend you to go on a picnic in the Troodas Mountains, for Kakopetria there are Picnic area picnic areas, you need to take disposable barbecue braziers, charcoal and sausages or shish kebabs, as well as Halumi cheese (it is fried locally). The beach is within walking distance, there are also pebbles, it is especially beautiful to swim to the neck of the bay, there are such miraculous compositions, it is simply amazing (you will understand how to float on the accumulation of people, where there is a place to rest on the rocks)! We traveled a lot of beaches in Cyprus and most of all we liked Nissi beach in Ayia Napa, in second place we would have put Fig Tree Bay, but there are a lot more people on it, though there are more water sports.
