As you enter the the villa, you will find the modern and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable seating area and widescreen with Satellite TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a breakfast bar with extra seating for 6 people.
There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, and there is access to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area from two of the bedrooms.

Outside, the spacious garden offers both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing and sunbathing around the pool, and outside dining.

Stunning Villa By for a stay in June, 2013 Just wanted to thank you for recommending this villa. The location was great as we often eat at Knights Bar so 5 minutes walk and we were there. Great furnishings and everything was pretty much spot on. We couldnt get the English channels on but Sevgi our rep sorted for us the next day after our arrival. Eve, UK
A great holiday By for a stay in July, 2014 What a great holiday. Weather was boiling, lovely villa, good location, good food. Pernera beach was really nice. We normally stay near Fig Tree Bay but not any more. Alexi X, Cyprus

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
