There is a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away with a large LIDL supermarket just 2km away.
Pernera has so much to offer and there are a wide variety of lovely restaurants, bars and places to visit. Enjoy a walk along the new seafront boardwalk which runs from Pernera into central Protaras or sit back and enjoy the view in one of the many beach bars.
Enjoy glass-bottom boat trips, white-knuckle watersport rides and fishing trips from the harbour in Pernera, or take a sightseeing boat trip to the abandoned Ghost Town of Famagusta, just to the north of the area.

The service was very good. We met with representative of IVR at the day of arrival (it was a Saturday). She told about everything. We hadnt any problems during our visit. The villa was great. It has perfect location. In 5 min walk to the pernera beach near the bus stop a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet place good neighbors. The villa is fully equipment.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
