The private pool is surrounding mature palms trees.
Outside there is onside dining area with table and chairs.
Nearby attractions included Water World Water par, MUSAN underwater sculpture park a must see!, international's sculpture park, Cape greco nation park, sea caves of Ayia Napa, Blue lagoon plus many blue flag beaches that cn be found in the area.
This is an ideal family holiday, whilst the children enjoy the pool you can relax and catch up with reading your favourite book or listening to your music.
Attending a wedding at Nissi beach? This the the perfect location. if you have a large group with have other villas and apartment available at Nissi Golden Sands and apartments at the nearby complex of Nissi 3 and Nissi Elena Court.
You can eat in or out, the villa is fully furnished with everything you will need.
Larnaca airport is just a 45 minute taxi away. Airport transfer information if you require it will be sent you and completion of your booking.

Communication was easy. The location is pretty good, close to Nissi beach. The apartment is nice and clean but probably needs little bit renovation as some parts are bit rundown for example the sunbeds. All in all, nice experience and our kids (4) really loved it. Beds were rather hard, and this was bit of problem until back got used to it... :)

Vila bola priestranná, dobre situovaná. Blizko k pláži i k obchodom a reštauráciám. Vybavenie postačujúce. Bazén veľký a udržiavaný. Boli sme spokojní. Určite odporúčame.

Had a lovely time staying at the Villa, it has everything you need and the aircon was a godsend in the high temperatures. Really close to Nissi Beach and plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby.

Lovely as usual! But you should mend the outside shower, it’s better to shower there instead of inside. Apart from that, nice, clean and quiet area. We love it!

The house was clean on arrival and the self check in worked perfectly. We had an issue with the safe and a broken socket in the kitchen which was quickly rectified by the owner the next day. The location is good, it’s a quiet complex which is within walking distance of beautiful Nissi beach. There are good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby and also places to hire bikes or buggies to get around. It is about a 30 minute walk into Ayia Napa where there are many restaurants/bars/clubs, taxis are easy to find and the bus runs regularly and is cheap. We hired bikes and cycled to the water park which is just over a mile from the house.
The house itself would benefit from some refreshment of the decor, it is shabby in places and the bathroom has mildew on the shower screen and around the bath. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. A coffee maker would be a welcome addition.
The outdoor space and pool is good with comfortable sun loungers, there are some broken tiles and sadly the BBQ was unusable due to it being unclean and in a poor state of repair.
Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday.
