Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments.
Without question, the location of this villa is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds.
Sparkling, crystal waters and powdery, golden sands are one of the defining features of the region of Ammochostos (Famagusta), with its scenic landscape further dotted by quaint windmills, and its mineral-rich earth growing some of the island’s tastiest, fresh produce.
