Overview
Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments. There is a large communal pool as well as a small children's pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out).
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp
Ayia Napa is diverse and has something for everyone. There are trendy contemporary restaurants & cocktail bars, a harbour, luna park and much much more...

Nissi Golden Sands offers exactly what yu need for an adhoc vacation, close to the beach. I've been using the accommodations from Nissi Golden Sands since 2009 and I was constantly satisfied with the value for money; however, it is obvious that the time passed over this complex of apartments.
For this particular apartament it was a struggle for us that the bedroom had 2 twin beds (we are family with a toddler and we usually sleep together).

Excellent location excellent accommodation excellent communication I recommend anybody & will recommend everybody too stay in this apartment actually met Shaun nice guy told us a lot of info superb will be staying again the future also the power shower was fantastic thanks for a beautiful experience

I returned to this apartment after 3 years, so I had knowledge about circumstances. I can say, that everything was well organized through the reservation (again).
I'm almost totally satisfied with the apartment. The only thing should be changed, the bed in the bedroom.
And only one small thing...parking places should be marked (for example: paint the apartment number on the ground).
But, on the whole, I will return! :)

Great thanks to owners. Everything was like on fotos. The Nissi beach is in few minutes (3-5 minutes) from apartment. The weather was wonderful and sea was warm enough.
The apartment was well equipped, there was all we need. One big bed for two adults and a sofa for child. The kitchen was equipped enough.
