Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments. There is a large communal pool as well as a small children's pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 6 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp
Ayia Napa is diverse and has something for everyone. There are trendy contemporary restaurants & cocktail bars, a harbour, luna park and much much more...

Apartment was spacious, very clean. The beds were very comfy. Air con was heaven. All amenities you could need from an apartment with the washing machine and dishwasher. Loved the satellite tv also. Balcony is massive. Had a great time. The location is perfect with just a wee walk into the hustle and bustle. Would deffo come back. Highly recommend.
