The villa has a spacious open plan feel with a modern fitted kitchen seamlessly connecting to the indoor dining area. The living area is thoughtfully crafted for ultimate relaxation, featuring a large corner sofa with views of the lush garden, accompanied by a flat screen TV with cinematic surround sound for entertainment. The dining area offers a charming space for guests to relish quality time indoors, leading around to the separate kitchen which comes fully equipped with all facilities for cooking and washing, including a large American style fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Upstairs there are 3 generously sized bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin room, all have access to the main bathroom with a shower over the bath. The villa’s allure also extends to a fabulous pool house, offering a double bed and private shower room and WC. The pool house has direct access to the garden and pool area – perfect for a refreshing morning dip or a peaceful morning coffee by the poolside. Guests can also use another shower room on the ground floor, meaning no queues for the bathroom in the morning!
The outdoor space is exceptional, and guests can enjoy the private pool and mature gardens, providing a serene retreat. The two outdoor seating areas provide wonderful options for enjoying the Cyprus weather, one for al fresco dining and another in a covered space by the pool, perfect for sipping a frozen cocktail or chilled beer as the sun goes down. There are also BBQ facilities and plenty of sunbeds to really make the most of your stay.

Had a lovely stay at villa Sofia Chris the agent was on hand and sorted anything out we needed straight away and the pool man came regularly to test and clean the pool also lovely friendly people thank you hope to see you again sometime thanks for making us welcome and to kash for renting his lovely villa we thourghly enjoyed our stay close to everything we needed thank you

On arrival at Villa Sophia we couldn't get in because the key safe code we had was wrong. After am emergency phone call to Christopher that was resolved but was quite worrying.
Villa Sophia is a lovely well equipped Villa and the gardens are neat and tidy. The air conditioning was not too good downstairs and in one of the bedrooms but it was bearable. Supermarkets and restaurants are literally just a two minutes walk away which we found really good. We did notice that quite a lot of the lights in the garden didn't work (perhaps Christopher could look at this). I must add that this didn't spoil our stay it just would have been nice to see them all on in the evening. It was nice to meet Christopher, he was helpful and a lovely chap. We had a ten night holiday in Sophia but unfortunately we didn't see a cleaner while we were there, It would have been nice to have clean towels and sheets half way through the holiday. The pool was wonderful and we did see the pool cleaner twice. Just one last thing, the grout in the bathrooms could do with replacing, but again it didn't stop us having a lovely time. Overall though I would recommend this Villa.

We booked the villa so that we could be at my daughter's wedding. The location was perfect with easy access to some lovely restaurants and bars. We were particularly pleased with the lovely pool and beautiful large garden areas. Minor problems during our stay were dealt with very efficiently by the local representative.
