Outside, the villa features a large garden area and spacious swimming pool with roman steps for easy access.
By the pool you will find sun-loungers, garden table and chairs for outside dining.
The villa is ideal for those who want to be close to the resort centre and a car is not required as beaches and tourist amenities are within easy walking ditance of the villa. A local bus service is also available which runs regularly through the resort and on to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and town of Paralimni.
From Larnaca Airport the villa is a 45 minutes drive by taxi or car. Parking is also available at the villa

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
