Overview
Nissi Golden Sands is a modern complex located just 500m from Nissi beach.
The villa has it's own private pool with sun beds for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There is a patio table & chairs where you can enjoy eating al fresco or BBQ.
There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Upstairs you will find a large bathroom with walk in shower, WC & basin. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
There is a hairdryer & safe in the wardrobe.
Downstairs you will find a TV are with comfy chairs where you can enjoy the IPTV showing live channels from around the world as well as on demand box sets, movies & live sports.
There is also 2 sofas where you can relax. There is a second bathroom with walk in shower, WC & basin.
The house is fully air conditioned to help you in the hot summer months.
This is an ideal family holiday, whilst the children enjoy the pool you can relax and catch up with reading your favorite book or listening to your music.
You can eat in or out, the villa is fully furnished with everything you will need. The area
Ayia Napa has something for everyone. There are a huge variety of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance of the complex.
The square in Ayia Napa also offers a great night out for those more adventurous.
The local bus will take you to the centre of Ayia Napa for €1.50. It runs from 7am-4am daily.
Nissi beach is just a 500m stroll from the villa. You will find lush white sand & crystal clean waters. During the peak season it is lively & there is plenty of party atmosphere.

Review of the Accommodation in Cyprus
As a family, we had the pleasure of spending 9 nights at this property and were overall very satisfied. The value for money was absolutely appropriate. The proximity to the famous Nissi beach (5-10 minutes on foot) was optimal, and there were many restaurants nearby. Aya Napa was easily accessible, either with a short bus ride or a 30-minute walk. Transportation costs were reasonable, with taxis costing around 10 Euros and the bus at 2.5 Euros.
Special praise goes to the owner, who provided us with valuable tips, such as where to shop more affordably since the supermarkets at Nissi Beach are pricier. The villa itself might be a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was available in all rooms.
A minor point of criticism was the lack of lighting in the pool during the night, but this was truly a minor detail and didn't affect our stay. After a small mishap where my father accidentally left the key inside the property, the agency was extremely helpful, sending someone over within 10 minutes to open the door for us - and at no additional cost.
The privacy and tranquility we experienced in September were outstanding. A special thanks also goes to James from the taxi company, who reliably transported us to and from the airport, based on the agency's recommendation.
All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation.

Our 2nd time staying in this villa. We absolutely love it! The villa is clean, the beds very comfortable, the pool is really nice and it´s close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Nissi beach. Shaun is always there to help, if needed. HIGHLY recommend!!
