This villas has a large astro turf garden and private pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 6 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp

This was our 2nd time in staying Villa 1.. we had another amazing holiday.. the villa has been refurnished and garden facilities have been added! Location is perfect everythink is on your doorstep! Villa is spotless! I would 100percent recommend to my friends and family

We had an amazing stay, we stayed as a couple this time but the property is adequately capable of catering for a good sized family, the property is ideally located for Nissi Beach, you can walk into Ayia Napa town or catch the local buses every 10 minutes into Ayia Napa town or to the Waterpark for a family day out.
Local bakery is 5 mins walk, as is the beach and bus stops.
Shaun and Becky are amazing, always available for advise and any help needed.

We had the best time in this villa, we went with our friends and our two little boys and it was perfect, the pool was amazing, lots of space for the kiddies to play, Becky and Shaun were so accommodating, we had our first booking cancelled due to covid and they were understanding and managed to sort our new dates. During our stay we had a visit from Shaun who was lovely. We have stayed on this complex 3 times now and will continue to return. The villa is a perfect size and had everything we needed, air conditioning in all rooms which was a blessing during the hot days and nights, although was only a 2 bed rooms were big enough to accommodate camp beds for the little ones which was great. Location is perfect just a stones through from the beach and a short walk into the town, lots of bars and shops nearby. We will defo be in touch soon to book a return.

We have stayed in these villas previously and always loved them, only thing I would mention with this villa is the tiles are very slippy in the house and garden, the children slipped over several times around the pool and it was a constant thing to have to keep reminding them to slow down. Sofas could have probably done with a good clean too but overall great property, garden is a great space for families!
