The lounge area has a dining table & 4 chairs together with 2 sofa's.

The apartment boasts a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Dine al fresco in the warm Cypriot climate or enjoy a sundowner before dinner.
The complex is in an ideal location just 500m from Nissi beach. There is a large selection of bars and restaurants only a 2 minute walk away. Nissi Ave runs all the way to the centre of Ayia Napa and there is something for everyone's budget & taste.
Outside there is a communal swimming pool equipped with sun beds, and a small children's pool.

The accommodation is very well located. Close to the Nissi Beach.
Supermarket 150m away. Very good restaurants nearby. Accommodation is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. Large terrace is also attached to this apartment overlooking the pool. We are very satisfied overall with the stay, can only recommend it to everyone.
