Overview
Nissi 3 is a modern complex made up of 60 apartments, surrounding a large pool.
The complex is just 500m from Nissi Beach where you can laze in the sunshine all day. There are watersports on offer & many beach bars offering food & drinks.
There is a vast variety of bars & restaurants on Nissi Ave, which is a 2 min walk from the complex. There is something so suit everyone's taste & budget.
The bus service runs regularly along Nissi Ave and for €1 you can go as far as you like. The bus stop is outside Ethanos tourist shop.
Alternatively you can walk to the centre in around 25 mins.
The area
Ayia Napa has something for everyone. There are many cosmopolitan bars & restaurants as well as traditional Cypriot places.
The main square in Ayia Napa has a lovely monastery and is surrounded by bars/restaurants.
The harbor area provides a beautiful setting and has many fish tavernas as well as Asian cuisine & local Cypriot food. Ocean Basket is a new addition for seafood lovers.
Nissi 3 is in an ideal location as it is quiet but the main tourist area is within easy reach. Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful location.

Good value for the money. The property was clean and well equipped. Nissi beach is near, a five-minute walk. Easy check-in and check-out.

The only problem we had was that our requested number was set up wrong to gain access to the apartment. I requested 1690. The code was set as 1960. By good luck we tried 1960 & it worked.

We enjoyed our stay here the location was perfect as we wanted some activity but not quite all that Ayia Napa has to offer! The complex was quiet with plenty of room around the pool. Our apartment was clean and a good size although there were no cleaning products to keep it clean and lacked any amount of patio furniture.
All in all a great stay.

Nice and clean apartments. Fully complies wit its description. Nice view from to the park on one side and pool on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary. 5 mbit wi-fi included. Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen and we could not get rid of them, but otherwise everything was fine. The property staff was in touch and solved all issues immediately. Many thanks for a pleasant stay at Nissy 3.

We booked five of these apartments as part of a wedding party. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious for the five of us. Being the beginning of the season it felt very isolated and we would have liked to have had a small bar there. The surrounding area wasn't very appealing and we spent most of our time at our friends hotel around the corner, however for a place to lay our head it was ideal. We did feel a little restricted with the rules and regulations and the key system proved difficult with children ie we were locked out and had to pay 50 euros for someone from down the road to let us back in. Two keys should be provided in this case. Apart from that it was good value for money if you aim to use the facilities of the other hotels.
