Overview
Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments. There is a large communal pool as well as a small children's pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 4 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp
Ayia Napa is diverse and has something for everyone. There are trendy contemporary restaurants & cocktail bars, a harbour, luna park and much much more...

My wife and i have just returned from our stay at nissi golden sands, this was our second stay in apartment D9.
From when i first made the booking to gaining access to the apartment everything went smoothly,communication
with Shaun and Becky was easy and they responded very quickly.I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our stay and this facility was absolutely amazing. It was beyond our expectations. The confort given by this apartment made us feel like home. And the big bonus is that is 6-7 minute by the famous Nissi Beach. I recommend 100% Nissi Golden Sand and for surelly our next vacation will be also here. Thank you for everything.

The apartment was clean, large, everything like on the pictures. Good communication with the owner, we arrived earlier and the apartment was ready. Perfect location, I would recommend for everyone.

Property was as shown in photos, spotless and all facilities were easy to find. 5 minute walk from the beach with multiple shops and restaurants in the area. Definitely will be staying again when we come back to Cyprus!

My wife and i recently returned from a months stay in nissi golden sands apartment D9.We have stayed at Nissi golden sands many times
but this was the first time that we booked through Shaun and Becky.From my first contact with them their response was quick and professional.
The apartment itself was just as advertised,my wife and i loved the apartment and had a great holiday.We had 2 issues a patio door could not be locked as the lock had been damaged and the WiFi was not working i called the number provided and the lady i spoke to said that someone would call around next day,which the, both issues were resolved and Shaun called me to make sure i was happy.we were so happy with the apartment that i asked Shaun if i could change my booking for 2022 to allow us to stay in apartment D9 again which Shaun did with no fuss.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone and i would recommend booking any accommodation through Shaun and Becky.
