Lovely 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment on the Nissi 3 is a brand new complex.
The complex is just 500m from Nissi Beach where you can laze in the sunshine all day. There are watersports on offer & many beach bars offering food & drinks.
The apartment has a newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower & pressurised water system.
There is a vast variety of bars & restaurants on Nissi Ave, which is a 2 min walk from the complex. There is something so suit everyone's taste & budget.
The bus service runs regularly along Nissi Ave and for €1 you can go as far as you like. The bus stop is outside Ethanos tourist shop.
Alternatively you can walk to the centre in around 25 mins.
The area
Ayia Napa has something for everyone. There are many cosmopolitan bars & restaurants as well as traditional Cypriot places.
The main square in Ayia Napa has a lovely monastery and is surrounded by bars/restaurants.
The harbor area provides a beautiful setting and has many fish tavernas as well as Asian cuisine & local Cypriot food. Ocean Basket is a new addition for seafood lovers.
Nissi 3 is in an ideal location as it is quiet but the main tourist area is within easy reach. Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful location.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful area. Close to Nissi Beach.
Everything required for a comfortable stay is available.
It was the 5th time I've been in Nissi 3 and I'll definitely visit it again.

Great and calm place to stay with a big pool for the building complex.
Airconditioning in every room, hot water available. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony.
A walking distance from the best beach on Cyprus, but might take some time and goes through the road.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and can totally recommend this place!
