Lovely 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment on the Nissi 3 is a brand new complex.
The complex is just 500m from Nissi Beach where you can laze in the sunshine all day. There are watersports on offer & many beach bars offering food & drinks.
There is a vast variety of bars & restaurants on Nissi Ave, which is a 2 min walk from the complex. There is something so suit everyone's taste & budget.
The bus service runs regularly along Nissi Ave and for €1 you can go as far as you like. The bus stop is outside Ethanos tourist shop.
Alternatively you can walk to the centre in around 25 mins.
The area
Ayia Napa has something for everyone. There are many cosmopolitan bars & restaurants as well as traditional Cypriot places.
The main square in Ayia Napa has a lovely monastery and is surrounded by bars/restaurants.
The harbor area provides a beautiful setting and has many fish tavernas as well as Asian cuisine & local Cypriot food. Ocean Basket is a new addition for seafood lovers.
Nissi 3 is in an ideal location as it is quiet but the main tourist area is within easy reach. Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful location.

Great and calm place to stay with a big pool for the building complex.
Airconditioning in every room, hot water available. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony.
A walking distance from the best beach on Cyprus, but might take some time and goes through the road.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and can totally recommend this place!

Somethings could be a little updated (missing parasol from terrace and overall could be cleaned more, WiFi needs to be updated security wise for work purposes, overall some small things...) - but this was our second time at this same apartment which should tell you all you need to know how much we like it. Good area, great check in process, nice pool...

We were in September 2021 in the apartment D7. It is a great apartment with everything you could need available.
Late check in is no problem as there is a box for the key. As the balcon is to the east side there is a lot of sun in the morning (close your shades if you like to sleep in :-) ) but in the afternoon it is in a great shade-perfect to relax.
The pool was alot of fun although cleaning around it could be better. The lounge chairs were partially not very clean. Some shade around the pool would be nice ,too. Some of the buildings of the complex(especially from the outer side) could use new painting.
Location: perfect- it is around 500m from Nissi beach, 200m from closest supermarket and the town Centre is a leisured 40 minute walk away.
Long story short: It is a great place and we will definitely come again

Excellent apartment for holidays with our family.
the apartment is very well equipped the beds are nice with the rest of the furniture is very comfortable.
the only problem we had was the Ants. you couldn't live any food out.
Other than that was great stay!!
