Nissi Golden Sands is a complex and is made up of villas & apartments. There is a large communal pool as well as a small children's pool.
Without question, the location of this apartment is perfect. Set close to Nissi Beach and the centre of Ayia Napa but not in a deserted town a couple of miles away.
An ideal base for anyone attending a wedding on the east of the Island there are a mass of popular wedding hotels literally a stones throw away. Be it the Aeneas, Nissi Beach, Adams beach or Nissiana hotel - we're near to them all.
For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Wagamamas etc
Let's not forget that this property comes with air conditioning, local TV as well as dining facilities (inside and out) for 4 people.
Nissi Beach is only 500m from the complex where you will find beach bars, sun loungers, watersports.
Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out. Local buses run 7am-4am daily and cost €1.50pp
Ayia Napa is diverse and has something for everyone. There are trendy contemporary restaurants & cocktail bars, a harbour, luna park and much much more...

Nissi Golden Sands offers exactly what yu need for an adhoc vacation, close to the beach. I've been using the accommodations from Nissi Golden Sands since 2009 and I was constantly satisfied with the value for money; however, it is obvious that the time passed over this complex of apartments.

great location 5 mins from nissi beach on a very nice complex with shared pool, will definatly return next year to any of the appatments offered as weve been back 3 time now the appartments are fully equipped clean and very reasonably priced. roll on 2024 for our next stay

Spacious and clean apartments with a big balcony. Nissi beach is a 5 minutes walk.
Facilities are good enough except sofas in a living room. They are very uncomfortable.
Internet connection is fast. I'll recommend them for my friends.

Good location,well equipped. The apartment is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars,shops and beaches. The bus service into town is frequent and reliable.Ayia Napa and the surrounding towns and villages are varied and welcoming with plenty of variety . This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and it is just as good this time if not better than last time,all being well we will be back next year. Shaun/Becky very helpful on a couple of things we enquired about. Over all very satisfied.

the new pillow were very welcomed :-)
at Check in the house was really not clean. There was leak/loss in the main bathroom which made the floor always wet and dirty. The towel- hanger was still broken ( is was already broken last year).A not- stick frying pan would allow us to cook more.
For the rest, the apartment was ok.

I was in Cyprus 26 nights, 19 in Larnaca and 7 in Ayia Napa. I came to Nissi Golden Sands on 23rd and after lively Larnaca it felt relaxing. Apartment and area is familiar to me, so I think that tells it all. I will come back!!
