Apartment Eden is a fantastic, modern 2-bedroom first floor apartment, perfectly situated just 5 minutes from the world famous Nissi Beach and a 15-minute stroll to Ayia Napa centre!
Overview
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has WiFi and A/C throughout. There are 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests – a twin room and the master bedroom which has a double bed and direct access to the impressive sun terrace – an exceptional space to relax and unwind in sun or shade.
There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which also leads out to the sun terrace, offering both comfortable seating and outdoor dining furniture to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views. The kitchen is modern and stylish and comes fully equipped to cover your needs during your stay. There is an indoor dining table seating 4 and a large lounge with a leather corner sofa, plasma TV and DVD stereo system for your entertainment. The apartment also benefits from a guest WC.
The apartment also grants guests full use of the communal and children’s swimming pools, both located close by on the complex. Apartment Eden is ideally located in Ayia Napa, giving you an abundance of things to do, including plenty of activities for children, numerous Blue Flag Beaches and a large variety of bars and restaurants; making it a great option for families and couples alike.

Family from Harlow (we also hired Villa Apollo as was a group of 13) Stayed 7th-14th June 17. Beautiful clean apartment. Communal pool. 5 mins to Nissi Beach and local shops. 15 min taxi ride to Protaris. 45 min walk to main town of Ayia Napa, but lots of restaurants/shops closer than that. Chris was brilliant. Plenty of communication and even organised taxi to and from the airport for us and was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this property and location.

This resort is sensational in all respects. The food was excellent and varied. The room was clean and very well maintained. Bath towels for free. The beach is clean and well maintained. Children are very welcome, even toddlers. The beach fantastic. There is really everything you need
We attended a wedding at Nissi Beach Resort, the apartment was about 7 min stroll along Nissi Avenue which is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants.

Very fortunate that I found this wonderful villa, in Ayia Napa close to Nissi Beach. Incredible location with all amenities close by. I spent a week here with my girlfriend in May as a friend was getting married in the Adams Beach Hotel. Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The apartment is located just behind the Atlantic Aneas Hotel near Nissi beach. Ayia Napa is a 5 mintue drive/scooter ride or a good 30 minute walk away (along nissi avenue lots of shops bars etc). The apartment is nice and spacious and will easilly sleep 4 adults. It is equipped with everything you need from washing machine to parking space. The place was nice and clean and the aircon is capable of freezing half the neighbourhood. The balcony area is quite big and has a large table where you can eat and drink. The only minor complaints we would make is that we had to wash the shower curtain (assumed it hasnt seen much use through winter- took 5 minutes of effort) and the bed wasnt that comfy. Apart from this we had a great time and the apartment is in a nice quiet place to base yourselves for a holiday in Cyprus. I can recommend rainbow hire for a bike or scooter. Also if you are mobile I would say get up to fig tree bay (best beach around) and hire a speed boat from ftb watersports! Thank you to Simon for being such a good guy to deal with!
