Appartement très spacieux, propre, fonctionnel, très bien placé par rapport à la plage de nissi beach, supermarket a proximité restaurants à proximité la piscine a une très bonne température.
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et inoubliable.
L agence était joignable et à notre écoute.

The location is great, 10 minutes to Nissi beach. The apartment is spacious, there are everything you need for a comfortable stay. Huge terrace. Everyone is happy, thank you very much.

the property is just 100m outside the developed roads and footpaths but well worth the minor inconvenience of a short unmade up road and pavement. The apartment and balcony are clean, well designed and spacious and everything including the excellent air condition works just as it should. The key collection arrangements were flawless and we had excellent service from the property management agency on the one occasion we had to contact them. The pools were clean and adequate shade provided by the suspended shades.
Altogether an excellent place to stay in Nissi. The quickest way into Nissi is on a brief path from the pool area - 30m.

Overall the property is very good, it is well kept and in a quiet area. A few additions such as kitchen scissors, colander, some English TV channels and a full length mirror would be quite useful. Glad to have the addition of a hairdryer. This is our second year at the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Everything was exactly as it was advertised, the pictures reflected the apartment really well and the apartment met our expectations.
The owner and the staff from the rental site were very kind and prompt in answering all of my questions.
The cleaning part could have been done better: if you looked a little under the furniture or in the corners of the rooms there was o lot of dust and dirt (and those places werent difficult to reach - I managed to do a pretty good job with a simple broom). When entering the place, I also found 2 beetles in the kitchen next to the pots and pans and a spider in the living room. After killing them I didnt see any during our stay, but it wasnt really nice to be welcomed in the apartment by those bugs...
The area was ok, not great, but pretty close to the beach (maximum 10 minutes walk to Nissi Beach - which is lovely).
