Features include air-conditioning throughout, satellite TV, access to WiFi internet. Upstairs are three double-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The Mediterranean-style garden has mature trees, shrubs, scented climbers and enclosing hibiscus hedges. Throughout the day there are areas of shade and sun to suit everyone, and there is the added benefit of a regular sea breeze. Outdoor dining is under a shady pergola. There is garden, pool (seasonable) and terrace lighting for balmy summer evenings. On the ground floor (basement) there is a table tennis table, also equipped with a sauna and an extra room with one double bed and sofa .
Sleeps up to 8 (3 bedrooms +1 additional room in ground floor) villa has everything you need for your comfortable stay in both summer and winter. Located 300 meters from the sea in the prestigious area of Limassol, close to 5 star hotel Le Meridien, which has the largest center for spa-therapy. Nearby is St. Raphael Marina - marina. In walking distance - restaurants, bars, souvenir and tourist shops. The villa has 4 levels.

Lovely villa which is very easy to reach. Perfect if you want to do some island exploring by car. Would surely recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, now I can’t live in Cyprus all the time, so I have the opportunity to rent my villa to guests. There are all amenities and the area itself I also really like. close to the marina, as well as a good chain of restaurants. I am the owner of the villa since 2010, when it was built.
