The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.
This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

Needs a Broom
Needs a welcome pack: tea coffee milk bread sugar water - (most flights are Late evening, so you don’t arrive at vila until early hours in morning, and no shops are open) - pack could be made available at a small price, or curtsey.
Available maintenance list to write down anything broken or missing :
(first impression of vila). Toilets need a good clean or replacing, up & downstairs - black limescale marks: it gave us a shock to see, and we wondered what else we were going to find.
The turbine vent is broken and isn’t spinning round , circulating the warm air out of the vila.
Missing sink plugs, kitchen and bathroom downstairs
Bathroom upstairs, towel rail keeps falling off.
Damaged back of doors in bathrooms.
Black mound round baths.
On roof top - cup used as ashtray - full to brim.
Welcome staff visit: didn’t happen
Pool cleaner: wasn’t cleaned before hand, dirty, and no claurine tablets and thick black marks around 1 1/2 sides of pool - first clean was 7 days after we arrived. Hovered out, went away came back , put hose in to top up water, went away, never came back. We turned water off. No clarine-tablets put in. Next day 15th June, pool going green. 16th June was promised a visit from pool cleaner to put tablets in. Never turned up. Came on 17th put 2 tablets in, by 4pm the green was disappearing.
Cleaner: 9 days into 14 day holiday, no clean sheets or towels. Washed them myself. 16th June was promised cleaner and clean bed lining and towels would come, but didn’t. And I’ve washed and cleaned the vila myself. Great relaxing holiday to get over my illness: thanks. 17th june still no cleaner , clean sheets or towels.
Your advertising needs up-dating as these pictures are years out of date. You can clearly see by the garden: tiny bushes/trees. And the sea view shown in pics, is not there now because of them. Swimming pool - ladder different end. Every but if furniture looks good quality, but it is all very tried. Do I need to go on.
Second impressions:
This once was a really nice vila, because it is up high with good views from upstairs only. A nice breeze all day. Beds are comfortable and decent but worn sofas to sit on and watch a vast array of TV channels and other apps. Lots of different balcony’s to sit out on, plus the roof top. Vila is not overlooked: given it’s close proximity to vila on right: and bottom of pool. It is now sounded with bushes. The side wall has a path and roadway next to it , but, is not a problem either. Loads of seating and sun beds: their a bit tired, but good enough for the job. There’s a good Resturant to the left on that road : which we recommend: very tasty food and great value ( sprit get 5% discount)

Wow what a great house! At first glance, we thought the house was to be shared, but it was all ours. The view from the roof terrace was indeed great. Lots of space. We have not met the owners but key was provided by a numlock protected safe. The support and all required info was professionally arranged. The house it self is located in an area mostly dedicated for tourist. Distance to sea is around 2km.
The villa managers made our stay very welcoming and went above and beyond their role to make sure our stay was pleasant. The villa itself catered to everything we could have asked for. There is a need of a car to go places as everything was situated a distance away from the villa as the villa was situated up a big hill.
“Excellent”. Stayed with my wife and 2 young children and had a great time! The Villa was clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing! highly recommended and will be going back hopefully next year!
"Had a great time". Rented this villa for a week. All of the adults and the children in our group had the best time. The villa was large enough for all 6 of us. The swimming pool was great with the maintenance guy visiting each morning making sure that everything was clean. The house has a large and confy living room as well as a large dinning area. The kitchen could be bigger since it could not fit more than three adults preparing the food in it. The view from the house is amazing since the location of the villas is overlooking the whole bay from the hill next to Neo Chorio. I would definitely book again in the future.
