Overview
The apartment is located in Lapta (Kyrenia region), on the beautiful back drop of the green mountains and about 200 meters from the sea, restaurant & bar (Silver Rocks) and the walkway.
The walkway is stretched for about 3.5 km, all on the sea and has a few beautiful bridges over the coves.
About 500 meters away there are many restaurants, bars and sandy coves--The Cabin, Fly-in, Clamary and may more.
With a short walk of about 100 meters there is a main road that every 10 minutes has a shatel taxi to the City Center where you can find a shopping are and enjoy the the old marina and Kyrenia castle with a large choice of restaurants.
From the marina there are boats that make a very nice ture through the western cost.
We can recommend very nice locations of castles to travel to such as Saint Hilarion and the Bellapais Abby.
There are 16 apartments in project, with beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool.
The place is suitable only for a quiet and relaxing vacation within the complex..
The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom + shower, gust w.c and a living room and kitchen open space. There is a private garden area with a terrace as well. It is fully equipped for your enjoyment.

The property was of high standard and the complex and pool were always clean .
Yuli the owner was fantastic he gave us a great welcome package and the property was in a good location with shops and eating places.

We found the apartment to be very clean and functional with a good welcome pack provided. The location is handy for local restaurants, which are a short walk away and regular buses into Girne run every few minutes. Alon is charming and communicative, so overall whilst our stay was short, I would recommend it to anyone looking for well priced base to explore Kyrenia.

Beautiful property, peaceful with amenities + sea close by. Swimming pool on door step with mountain views. Owner is very helpful & available. We will be back in 2022.
