Overview
This is a beautifully traditional Cypriot House situated among the almond trees in the world wide famous old village of Bellapais . The garden and private pool are very secluded, and you can enjoy with the fantastic view of Bellapais Monastery and the Kyrenia coast line view while you are relaxing near your pool.
This house surrounded by Almond, Bitter Almont, Olive and fruit trees. This makes it one of most relaxing houses in the village. Our villa has one large en suite air conditioned bedroom with a double Bed in it and 2 people sleeps very comfortably. The house is very well appointed with a relaxing living area and open plan kitchen. You can sit outside and enjoy an al fresco meal or a sundowner sitting in the shaded Private garden under the fruit trees
Our large living room has a lovely traditional fireplace which makes it really cosy in the winter evenings.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a simple breakfast, a gourmet meal or a relaxing BBQ. The balcony door of the kitchen opens onto our lovely pool and Garden.
There are a number of very good restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Kyrenia and the local beaches are only a few minutes drive away. From here you are only minutes from the world famous Bellapais Monastery, from here you can reach the climbing paths of the Five Finger mountains.
It is a beautiful location all year round with almost 365 days of sun each year. The area is popular with Bird Watchers, and the Korineum Golf Course is only 20 minutes drive away.
It is easy to get to us, either via Ercan Airport (30 minutes) or Larnaca Airport (90 minutes). It is just as easy for you to fly via Turkey into Ercan as it is to fly into Larnaca. Also we can take all the hassle away from you by arranging your transfers and car rental.
Our house is ideal for self catering holidays, however eating out is so inexpensive in Northern Cyprus that you will want to sample all our wonderful eateries. (We can advise you on the best places to eat).
Our family has a long tradition of hospitality and have been welcoming people to our Hidden Garden for many years. We live in the village and are at hand to assist you in any way that you need.

We have just returned from a very relaxing and excellent week. Muzaffer couldn’t do enough for us and there were nice touches like food and drink in the fridge and fruit left out. The portable wi fi was extremely useful as it enabled us to utilise the sat nav app that he recommended. The villa was very comfortable with plenty of towels etc and was well located for the very pretty village of Bellapais where there were plenty of good restaurants. Collection from and to the airport was extremely efficient as were car hire arrangements. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Many thanks Muzaffer

Stunning views Really really lovely villa with stunning sea view and Bellapais Abbey from the garden .it was very well equipped with just about everything one wanted. There was plenty of towels and clean sheets in villa so wanted for nothing . Most evenings we would walk up into the village of bellapais where there were plenty of restaurants to eat in or simply have a drink. It was slightly uphill into the village but only took about 3 or 4 minutes but really worth the walk,no need to take the car which i liked. Villa was also equipped mobile wifi which was good..
