Overview
A luxury, first floor, south-westerly facing, double balcony 1 bedroom apartment, furnished to a high standard, overlooking the large, free-form, walk-in pool and jacuzzi at Limnaria Gardens with the sun on the balcony from mid-morning through to late evening. Ideally located across the road from the Alexander The Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the local bars, shops and restaurants of Kato Paphos, and only 10 minutes walk from the harbor.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the lounge. The balcony has both a covered and uncovered area so is ideal for sunbathing or sitting in the shade and includes sun loungers and wicker table and chairs.
The lounge is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, side-tables/lamps, TV unit, WiFi and UK Internet TV with remote-control ceiling light/fans in addition to the air-conditioning. There are fly-screens and sliding vertical blinds on the patio doors to keep the insects out and the heat down in the summer.
The dining area comprises of a dining table and chairs and the kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, micro-wave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and includes cutlery, china pots, pans, towels etc.
The bedroom includes fitted wardrobes, with a king-size double bed with a high quality mattress with matching oak bed-side tables/lamps, dressing table, mirror and hair dryer for the ladies. There are curtains and a black-out blind on the patio doors. A safe is fitted in the wardrobe.
The bathroom consists of a bath with shower and shower panel, wc and sink and included an electric shaver point. Hand and bath towels are provided.
A clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. Car parking is also provided. Sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool are also provided.

Hi Gary,
My husband and I had a super time at your lovely apartment. It really is a home from home. I think its safe to say its the best positioned on the complex. So loved the large balcony, we made great use of it. Great touch having your private sun beds at the pool. I would not hesitate recommending your apartment to family and friends as it has to be one of the best we have ever stayed at. I do hope you allow us to to rent again in the near future.

Limnaria Garden is in a great position the apartment is well equipped & furnished and the grounds & pools are very clean & well kept.
Bathrooms could of been cleaner but other than that couldnt fault it. Overall very good apartment.

Would just like to say thank you for the use of your limnaria gardens 1 bed apartment ( Sundat 6th May - Sunday 13th May ). We have stayed in some nice apartments on the complex but yours is by far the best. The decor and surroundings internally are well laid out and the large balcony with lovely furniture is a great place to eat and chill morning, noon and night along with the solar lights that come on as the sun goes down is a nice touch. The complex is well situated for bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk.
We cannot wait to go back for 2 weeks in September.

Property was very nice only thing we didnt like was that it was over run with cats. We would get up in the morning and the cats would be asleep on the balcony seats therefore they were covered in cats hair. This was a first floor apartment so would hate to think what ground floor would be like?

The best holiday apartment we have stayed in. Good quality furnishings and decent kitchen equipment. Spacious for a one bed layout and the large balcony was a super outside area. We stayed for 4 weeks so the exceptionally comfortable bed was a real bonus. The apartment is in an ideal location. The pool and grounds were extremely good. If we return to Paphos we will certainly book this apartment. The owner was particularly helpful when making the booking arrangements.
