This well presented holiday home has seaviews, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just 5 minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.
Outside Villa Clementine offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking.
There are two levels in this holiday home. With the first floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living area that features two comfy sofas to kick back & relax whilst watching movies/shows on a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels.The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities. Guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC room.
Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms; One double bedroom with good wardrobe space, air conditioning, black out blinds and access to a private veranda. The second bedroom features two single beds. Both rooms have access to two family bathrooms.
The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more.
