One bedroom apartment located on 1st floor in quiet area, lift and stairs provide access to 1st floor. 15 mins walk to Firemans Beach and nearby Kennedy Avenue, which has supermarkets, shops and restaurants. 10 min drive to Protaras and 15 min drive to Ayia Napa.
Open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge has an L shape sofa (which opens up into a double bed) and relaxer chair. Patio doors lead out to balcony which has table and 4 chairs. TV, DVD player provided. Books, cards, dominoes and DVDs are provided in the tv unit drawer. Fan provided in lounge area.
Bath, hand towels and bed linen provided. Use your own beach towels. Beach bag full of buckets and spades and bat & ball etc are provided in the wardrobe, please return after using. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided.
Cleaning products & bin bags are provided.Clothes airer, iron and ironing board provided. Hair dryer in the drawer at dressing table.
Perfect location for exploring Paralimni, Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Waterpark is in Ayia Napa. Paralimni is the nearby town centre with shops and supermarkets. Hire car recommended.
Nearest Airport is Larnaca which is a 45 min drive on the motorway.
